Customers must check the product in the presence of the delivery person. If there are any issues with the product, they must be reported immediately to the delivery person. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery person has left. If the customer is not satisfied with the product, it can be returned in the presence of the delivery person. After the product is returned, we will process the refund within 14 days.
